- Dallas based CleverFiles Software has announced Disk Drill 1.1, an important update to their popular data recovery solution for Mac OS X. Disk Drill helps recover lost data, deleted files, and also strives to prevent unexpected data loss. It lets you recover from HFS/HFS+, FAT, NTFS and other file systems - even from initialized and formatted disks. Version 1.1 has been polished and now shines with a bunch of amazing new features, improved user interface and enhanced data recovery algorithms.
- Synchronizing email between an Apple computer and Salesforce.com is now possible. Previously, there were no plug-ins for Microsoft Entourage and Salesforce.com that could integrate and log email. Plug-ins from Salesforce and other vendors for Microsoft Outlook did not work with Apple Mac computers. Match My Email is a new cloud application developed by RAE Internet, Inc. It offers Apple users who work with Entourage or any other IMAP server to synchronize email and log it into the right Salesforce.com file type—be it a Lead, Contact, Opportunity or Case. Match My Email does the matching by importing a user’s Inbox folders to servers in the Amazon Web Services cloud.
- iWebTemplate has partnered up with Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder to help you create that perfect website. Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder is an easy to use, scalable web application designed to create and manage websites. Plesk Sitebuilder includes an easy to use five-step wizard. The modules included are: Blog, Image Gallery, Guestbook, eShop, SitePal, Forum, Feedback, Registration, RSS Reader, Voting, Script, Area Map, File Download, and Flash Intro.
- Nevosoft has announced Paradise Beach 2: Around the World for Mac on the Mac App Store. Paradise Beach is a building simulation game, where the goal is to create the perfect beach resort for others. Players will help manage family businesses on eight different islands. A lot of improvements over its predecessor make the sequel an exciting entertaining experience. Paradise Beach features engaging and challenging gameplay with total freedom of action and much more.
- Keynote Zone has announced a Technology Keynote theme. This professionally designed theme was created especially for those who need to complement any scientific or technology based content of their presentations and are keen to move along with innovations. The technology-friendly style was created using a subtly detailed background texture, elaborate design details and uncompromised visual unity. The theme includes 34 layouts, custom designed charts and tables.
- ClueTrust has announced integrated support for information-rich exports to Avenza’s MAPublisher to facilitate enhanced map creation using Adobe Illustrator. First, use Cartographica’s sophisticated geospatial tools to import, analyze and transform your data into the information you want to present. Then use MAPublisher to refine that presentation into a beautiful map for professional results in record time.
- Following its success on iPhone, Anuman Interactive has launched Egypt The Prophecy (named Egypt Series on PC and Mac) for download on PC, Mac and iPad. In the same vein as Dracula Series, “Egypt Series” is an adventure game divided into three sections that can be played separately, and features an interface and mysteries adapted for the playing public as well as simplified exploration phases.
