FCC rips apart a Verizon Pre3 just because they can, finally gets to share the pictures

The devious and destructive team at the FCC gave the Verizon HP Pre3 a thorough work-over back in April, but in the intervening months HP’s called backsies on webOS and cancelled all hardware development and started looking for suitors. But that doesn’t stop the government. Nothing stops the government. They were asked to hold the gory pictures of their Pre3 discection until recently, and hold them they did.

The Verizon Pre3 is never to see light of day, with a few dozen specimens at best floating around, so it makes this FCC teardown session all the more intriguing. The naughty webOS striptease is after the break.
