Another day, another Google doodle to enjoy, and this time it’s celebrating the 160th birthday of Robert Louis Stevenson.

The Google doodle remembers the literary great with homage to Treasure Island featuring Long John Silver and his parrot Captain Flint, a nautical compass, a ship, and a pirate’s booty (treasure) all on a scroll.

Google regularly ?feature birthday’s or anniversaries by changing the Google logo to fit in with a variety of different elements to tell a story. Recent Google doodles include turning the Google logo into an?X-ray?to celebrate its 115th anniversary earlier in the month, and celebrating hallowe'en with a series of?Scooby Doo Google Doodles.

Aaaarrrrgggghhhh me Hearties!
