SmithMicro has a new version of Anime Studio Debut out. It’s aimed at novices, giving them the ability to illustrate on their computer without busting their walled. The program is priced at $49.99, though it’s on sale for $19.99 until June 12, 2011. Though it has “anime” in the name, the program appears to be more of an multi-purpose illustration program, allowing you to create digitally, or import your own sketches to alter or animate.
