Japanese iDevice owners get earthquake warning notifications in iOS 5

The devastating earthquake in Japan this past March has prompted Apple to include a new feature in iOS 5 specifically for Japanese users that will use Notification Center in order to provide early warnings for upcoming earthquakes. All users must do to activate this feature is turn it on (as shown above) in Settings, and they will then be notified from seconds to minutes before an earthquake hits.
