They'll be back soon, apparently!
Apple has closed the shutters on its online Store, presumably to restock and refresh it with a whole new swathe of MacBook Pros.
Replacing the store page internationally with its now trademark "We'll be back soon" post it note, the manufacturer is about to reveal its new MacBook Pro line-up without the pomp and fanfare reserved for the iPad 2 launch on Wednesday, next week (2 March).
Of course, it's not guaranteed that it'll definitely be the new MacBooks that are causing such a stir, Apple may just be refreshing its VGA iPad cable line-up, or ensuring that its third-party line-up of iPhone docks is just a bit more expensive than at any other retailer, but industry gossip suggests otherwise.
There's currently no indication of when the shutters will be raised again, and we can all take in the majesty of the new laptops, but former experience suggests that it could be hours yet.
We'll keep you posted.
