Scosche boomCAN: Bad use of capital letters, good use of sound

Portable speaker just in time for the festies this weekend

Scosche has announced its latest iThing (other media players and phones are available) accessory - the boomCAN portable speaker.

If you're off to the V Festival this weekend (and why the heck would you not be, Olly Murs is going to be playing live!) then you're going to need some portable speaker action for those camp night parties. But you don't want to spend a lot of money on something that may well get trodden on, or buried deep in mud so, bad grammar aside, the boomCAN could be perfect as it sells for less than ?20.

It should pack a fairly decent sound punch too, thanks to the 40mm driver packed inside its little 2.5 x 2 inch chassis.

You can get 7 hours of playback too - enough to fully annoy your camping neighbours, and you can daisy chain a group of boomCANs together for a louder (and even more annoying) sound.

The Scosche boomCAN is available now. It comes in black, silver, blue or Red and costs ?19.99.
