Core games heading for Kinect
The Star Wars Kinect title that we were treated to a demo of at E3 in June, is due to hit the shops in time for Christmas next year.
That is according to Mr Kinect himself, Kudo Tsunoda, who told BBC Radio 1's Newsbeat how excited he was about the title.
"We have a Kinect Star Wars game coming out for next holiday", he said.
"I think you could just easily imagine being a Jedi and using Kinect to make you feel you're part of a Star Wars experience, building yourself up into a Jedi. I've seen a bunch of the game and it's super compelling".
Back in August when Pocket-lint spoke with Tsunoda over at Gamescom, he hinted to us that core games would be coming to the motion-controlled system.
Speaking about the Star Wars title, he said: "It had a cool 3D world navigation paradigm which I think is going to be super awesome, plus we have a bunch of other games coming down the pipeline.
"We will see some awesome games where you are able to move around the world in a fully natural and fully intuitive way.
"The Star Wars stuff that you saw at E3 was just the tip of the iceberg and we've got a lot more of those kind of games coming".
And Tsunoda has told Newsbeat that the first of these core games will be a Forza Kinect title.
Tsunoda told Pocket-lint that he would love to see Gears of War get the Kinect treatment as well. As would we. And Halo, and Fable, and Call of Duty, and Grand Theft Auto, and........
