CES 2011: Super thin Froyo touting handset
The AT&T Developer Summit over at CES has kicked up some interesting revelations, and none more so than the Samsung Infuse 4G, which doesn't just boast a Super AMOLED screen - this bad boy's got a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen.
How do you like them apples?
The Plus part of the display means a 50 per cent improvement in the sub-pixel count, which means your eyes will be happier as indoor and outdoor contrast should be better.
This Android (Froyo at launch) handset packs a whopping 1.2GHz single-core Hummingbird processor, has an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 1.3-megapixel one on the front, but is still super skinny.
The phone is HSPA+, not LTE (so technically you could argue that the 4G tag is misleading), but don't be fooled into thinking that this isn't a serious player in the high-end smartphone market.
