Motorola Droid X2 unintentionally official

Leaked by its own makers

There's been a couple of the usual leaks for the Motorola Droid X2 already.

You know the kind, the odd blury picture here, a snippet of spec information there - all from a source you don't really know too much about.

So how's about this for a bona fide source for the as-yet-unannounced handset - Motorola itself.

The mobile giant has posted the user manual for the Android smartphone on its website (as has Verzion) along with confirmation of some of the rumoured spec sheet.

We now know for sure that the X2 will be packing a 4.3-inch qHD display and a dual-core 1GHz processor, and that it will be capable of shooting 720p video from its 8-megapixel camera. There are also details of the USB and HDMI options too.

Thanks Motorola, it's always nice to get something official. Even if it is technically still unofficial.

Still no word on what version of Android it's packing though.
